It's finally here! We are introducing a Makerspace in our library starting in January 2017. Students may participate in the Makerspace each day during their lunch period. The following is the schedule we will follow...
Mondays - Makey Makey
This invention allows you to use everyday objects as your mouse and keyboard. For instance, use a banana in place of a piano keyboard.
Tuesdays - Ozobots
Ozobots are small robots that allow their users to code and create commands.
Wednesdays- Little Bits
Little Bits uses easy-to-use building blocks and electronics to help you build things that move.
Thursdays - Bloxels
A hands-on platform allowing students to build, collaborate and tell stories through video game creating.
Fridays - 3Doodler
Create 3-dimensional art using a tool that is much like a glue gun.
See Mrs. Nay for more information, or stop by the library during fifth period to experience the Makerspace!
